Although GTA VI is one of the most anticipated games of all time, we have several leaks and rumors, but from the looks of it, we're still a while away from a full reveal with a trailer. That being said, we know for a fact that Rockstar likes to raise the bar with each new release. And several hints indicate where GTA VI might be heading and what it will include. So based on those leaks and rumors, here are five features GTA VI needs to have. Before we get started, be sure to subscribe to Arcade Cloud News right here on YouTube, for all the best news and lists in gaming. Now let's get into it. Number five, character customization.

In the past GTA games, Rockstar has offered players the choice to alter their characters' bodies. In GTA San Andreas, you can build up CJ's model by hitting the gym and exercising or you can eat a ton of fast food and make him as fat as possible. We wouldn't be surprised if this feature returns in GTA VI.
Rockstar might even make it so the food you eat will affect your character's HP and stamina.

In Red Dead 2, you'll notice that Arthur's facial hair grows throughout the game, and if you decide not to shave, he's going to have a pretty epic beard by the end of the story. We wouldn't be surprised if something like this carries over to GTA VI, where your character's hair and facial hair could grow over time if you decide not to cut it. Finally, we think that GTA would be a great opportunity for Rockstar to give players the option to play as a female protagonist.

You can obviously play as a female in GTA Online, but there hasn't been a GTA story mode yet that has given you the option. If games like Assassin's Creed could give you the choice to choose between a male and a female, each with their own unique dialogue, then there's no reason why GTA can't do the same. Number four, a new open-world. GTA games are known for including some of the most realistically detailed open-worlds, Complete with unique NPCs, random encounters, and one-of-a-kind buildings.

That's why we're pretty sure that GTA VI is going to take the open-world genre to places that it has never seen before. We would love to see some of the interactive businesses come back such as comedy clubs, bowling alleys, and bars, similar to what we saw back in GTA IV. Overall, it would be cool for the game to give players more buildings that you can actually enter, with unique interior designs and NPCs that can be found with it. If you played Red Dead 2, you probably noticed how the the open-worlds changed over time with buildings being constructed and NPCs having their own small storylines.

This is a feature we definitely think will pop up in GTA IV, and you might even see skyscrapers built over the course of the game story. You'd also love to see more in-depth random encounters with pedestrians in real-life inspired events such as protests and parades. Finally, we think that Rockstar might even make destructible buildings in GTA VI.

Imagine firing an RPG at a building and a chunk of it completely falling off. You've seen something similar to this in the Battlefield series, so there's no reason why GTAcan't include it as well. Number three, better cars. GTA V is easily one of the most popular driving games out there, but it's not exactly the most realistic game that you can play.

Even then there are a ton of hardcore racing fans that love the game, but many of them would like to see the next entry put a little more focus on GTA's driving mechanics. We're sure that Rockstar is planning to add even more detail to its various vehicles and mechanics and we have some pretty good ideas of where they might take things. First off, there's a chance that GTA VI will provide players the option to drive manual vehicles where they'll need to change gears while driving, similar to what you might see in Forza or Need for Speed. This will definitely make driving more of a challenge, but it will certainly appeal to those looking for a more realistic driving experience.

Whether it's in a race or just driving around with your crew. GTA V does give players a considerable amount of customization options, but GTA VI could easily take that to the next level providing an added layer of cartoony. Also, GTA V may allow you to drive in the first person but if you've ever actually tried the feature, you'll know that it's almost impossible to see what's next to you. Rockstar may consider adding a first-person FLV slider for those who are really looking for a realistic experience allowing them to stay in the first person without having to worry about what might smash into them when they cross an intersection. Either way, driving is a huge part of GTA and we're sure Rockstar is looking to make some enhancements to the experience before they released the new game. Number two, drug-running empire.

GTA Online allows players to become the CEO of their very own business, in turn making millions of dollars to spend on all the weapons and vehicles that you can imagine. That's why we wouldn't surprised if GTA VI, took this concept to the next level and allowed players to control their very own, drug-running empire. According to the Project Americas theory, GTA VI will take place across several smaller American maps, allowing players to travel between them with a shortcut scene or loading screen.

The story will tie into each of these locations, where players will build their drug empires across the US. Been tasked with designing methods of delivering those drugs and distributing them to various buyers. You may also be able to purchase several smaller businesses that will act as a front where you can choose them to hide supplies or launder money. We are guessing that the game will give players plenty of decisions and how they want to go about running their businesses. Who knows, make a wrong move, and you might end up in federal prison. Number one, cop missions.

The GTA franchise was first created by a glitch where the developers accidentally made the cops, way too aggressive. The most successful video game franchise of all time was born from that glitch, and the rest is history.

We know that Rockstar really likes to mix things up with every new game, so we wouldn't be surprised if GTA VI finally allows you to play as a police officer. That's exactly what one theory, circulating the internet suggests. GTA V allowed you to switch between multiple characters for the first time. So GTA VI could very well give you the option, to switch back and forth between a cop and a criminal. If you played LA Noire, you know that Rockstar has experimented with detective gameplay features before and it would be pretty cool to see some of those elements brought into GTA.

Maybe you'll complete a heist with one character then switch to a police officer where you have to investigate and find out who was behind that heist. The game could even contain two completely different story modes.

One where you go through the game as a criminal and another as a cop. We know Rockstar will want to bring something new to the table and this could very well, be it. That covers our list of five GTA VI predictions that we think might happen.
